Since our foundation in 1997, our goal at Orthotic Solutions has been to provide a comprehensive understanding of scoliosis and how modern bracing techniques can help manage it, offering peace of mind and the best possible outcome for your child.
Our lower limb orthotic service prescribes, designs and manufactures custom-made orthoses and splints to improve mobility, stability and function.
Our patient-centred approach ultimately helps to support the management of many musculoskeletal conditions as well as assisting in recovery post-operatively.

Our spinal bracing service is highly developed. Partnering with the experts at Neja in Germany enables us to provide original Rigo-Cheneau braces using state of the art technology, ensuiring the best possible treatment for our young scoliosis patients. Our kyphosis patients are expertly treated in the Neja sBrace.
All our lower limb orthoses are manufactured on site, giving us total control over the quality. Adjustments and repairs can be carried out efficiently.
Orthotist
Ciarnaid returned from Sweden in 1997 to co-found Orthotic Solutions with the specific aim of offering the most advanced Orthotic service in Ireland.The company is now recognised as the top provider of spinal bracing in the country.
She is passionate about paediatric orthotics, particularly the treatment of paediatric spinal deformities.
In her free time she loves sea swimming & kayaking but claims to be not very good at either.
Orthotist
Having qualified in 2012, Bianca worked for 6 years in South Africa, ultimately running her own orthotic business.
Moving to Ireland in 2018 she spent 6 years as a spinal specialist orthotist prior to joining Orthotic Solutions. She is enjoying putting her skills & knowledge to use.
Her easy manner & ability to connect enable her to guide our young clients through treatment with empathy & care.
She enjoys local artisan coffee & box sets and is an avid baker.
Technician
Our longest serving member, Juris has been on our technical team since 2001.
His skill in the workshop has given our orthoses their hallmark quality. We claim that he is the best orthotic technician in the country, and we think we might be right.
He is passionate about motorbikes, both riding and building them, and once rode 1600km in 24 hours. He really has an iron butt.
Technician
The newest member of the team, Hubert has 15 years’ experience in the manufacture of orthoses.
He has a keen eye for quality and puts all his energy into making sure that each item is made to the highest possible standards.
He enjoys training in the gym, outdoor activities and sport and appreciates music played at hight volume.
